The fastest way: your order page
Open the order confirmation email — subject “Your Reset is here” — and press View your order. Your personal download block sits at the top of that page: one button per file, on any device, forever.
The delivery email
A second email — “Your Reset is ready — the files are below” — carries a direct link for every file. Plain-looking on purpose, but those links are yours alone: they never expire and there’s no download limit.
New phone? Deleted everything?
Write to help@thebingefreereset.com from the address you bought with, and we’ll resend your files — usually within a day. No forms, no proof-of-purchase dance.
Keep them close
- • Can’t find the emails? Check spam and the Promotions tab, then search “Binge-Free”.
- • iPhone: open a PDF, tap share, choose Save to Files — yours even offline, on the night you need it.
- • Computer: right-click a download button and Save link as… puts it where you’ll find it.
